Share your research! To submit an abstract review the guidelines below and then click the button “Submit an Abstract”:

Selected participants will have the opportunity to present their current research. Abstracts will be considered for either oral or poster presentation. You must REGISTER for the meetings BEFORE you submit your abstract. Abstracts should focus on unpublished material.

Be certain your abstract includes all the necessary elements:

• Abstract title

• Introduction and Objective

• Materials and Methods

• Results

• Conclusion

• Funding Sources
   

Guidelines:

​

• The Abstract title must be in UPPER CASE and limited to 150 characters including spaces.

• The Abstract text should be a minimum of 500 characters and maximum of 2,400 characters, excluding spaces

• Authors are not permitted to submit an abstract on previously published work unless the abstract represents further progression of the published research. Abstracts presenting only a summary of existing literature or the current state of the field will not be approved.

• By submitting an abstract, submitters agree that, if their abstract is selected for oral presentation, they will be onsite at the in-person meeting during their programmed presentation. 

• The Presenting Author must attend the event in-person (virtual attendees will not be able to submit abstracts).

• Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English

• All abstracts must be submitted online via the website only (link below) and all presenting authors must be registered and paid the registration fees.
